Not a fan of email only contact with Sales.

I will leave this at I am not a fan of the "email is the only method of contact" trend in the tuner end of the industry. For tech assistance I completely understand, retail sales need phone contact IMO. I am assume I am outside of the target age. LOL

I had great customer service over the years Ive used their products. Better than any company I have dealt with in terms of troubleshooting.

Honestly of all the N54 vendors theirs is probably the best. They have a team of people who usually respond pretty quickly.
