JB4 Connect Rev 3.6 not working
 

Just bought a brand new JB4 connect Rev 3.6 for my N54 JB4 from BMS. It arrived today and installed it. I can get it to show up under Bluetooth devices, but it will not connect. I keep getting an error message that says “invalid pin”. I’m using a brand new Samsung Tab A that utilizes BT 4.2. It will not even show up on my iPhone however. When prompted on my Samsung tablet I have tried both “0000” and “1234” as passwords.

Any advice?

Im having the exact same issue and still not have found a fix for it coincidentally i posted just before you

I was just told you do not connect to the device outside the app. Connect to it in the app and the JB4 will take care of it for you. It just worked for me.
