Fault Code Keeps Appearing

Anyone see this fault?

It keeps appearing, causing a check engine light, and this is the only fault that pops up. Cleared a few times but keeps returning when I start my car.

2016 MINI Cooper S
Mods: Intake, Exhaust, Intercooler, WMI
Flash: Factory Mapping
JB4: Map 1

Will try uninstalling/reinstalling intake and cleaning MAF.
But this code is triggering a visual Check Engine Light.

It's just a plausibility code you can ignore if you want.

Just weird because it’s triggering the CEL to actually light up.
