The fuel limit we're fighting on the JB4 end is with fuel trims. So flashing the ECU would certainly help. As would adding external fuel like WMI or CPI. I don't know where the fuel pressure limit is yet but I'm sure that's well above 600whp.
On the required connectors yes we have them, email me your address and we can send a pair out. Payam is going to make a video on how to attach them to the JB4 harness. |

Looks like some good numbers.

What were the mods done on the 21 M550 that was dynoed. I have the same car with DP, CAI, Dinan midpipes and trying to gauge what i can expect since I'm tired of waiting for the DME crack local to the states. (not sending my DME overseas to be cracked)

Sheesh so my bolt ons would only net me only 10-15 hp vs a stock car running JB4

Gotcha, so to truly see major power improvements would be pure turbos and more fuel options? All I ever seen was getting *** less ********* would net so much HP from the restrictive OEM ones. Maybe that was from a flashed car or combo of both with a jb4 integration. As always thanks for the good replies.

Yeah that’s what I thought for DP lol. CAI only for sound anything else is a bonus

Another topic, I'm running 102 octane, axel back exhaust, Ca**d Pipes, and JB4 map 2. Today I went from map 1 to 2 and holys...t. i think I need draggy! Don't you run a similar setup? How do your logs look between map1 and 2, with and without pipes? I think Mike' hates map 2 but he doesn't run pipes or 102 octane. Thoughts?? |
I genuinely do need the ground clearance and compliance of the M550i suspension, shorter higher rate springs are a no go. With continental sportcontact 7 tyres and lighter forged wheels in place of run flats and the cast iron 668s, the ride is so so good.
Regarding map 2. It never ran right for me. It asks for +6lbs everywhere and even with 101ron (94+2 points of boostaine ) the boost came at the expense of timing and the car was slower. I have the stock primary cats still in, everything else in the OEM exhaust is out of the way. |
Point is
Map 2 isn't ready not even for 102 octane we need a flash tune. Truth be told the piggy backs are not ready for this car when we want to produce real power.

What is your objective? Max boost doesn't equal max performance.

It looks a bit like the sweet spots in terms of boost by octane on the Tu3 are starting to be evidenced by the community e.g. +3lbs for 91, +4lbs for 93 +5lbs for 95, +6lbs for 97+ after this the stock turbos just seem to be blowing hot air.

1. Showing 26lbs and stating I'm no longer running that. The logs are combined and I switched to an absolute mid way through that obviously needs some PID power added to it 2. Stating what I'm currently running in terms of 7.5 requested over |

Sounds like Map 2 is not a good choice at this point. Looks like Map 1 for a novice like me.
Wondering if an E30 mix of 93 oct. and E85 would yield any additional power on Map 1. Has anyone tried that? |

Terry can you take a look at revising maps for latest gen n63tu3, many people are getting less hp using map 2 without meth or race fuel, and using a e20/e30 mix is causing lean issues at 6 psi,
|
Map2 is the go-to E30 map. Not sure what you mean by "less hp".
|
I’m not sure if hp/trq translate to 60-130 times but on map 2, I cannot beat my best times that I got on custom map 6 settings and that’s with e30
