I have been running my car with the jb4 modified with the 15ohm resistor mod without using meth. Is that bad? Do I need to change anything on the settings?

Also I just switched from Cobb. The car doesn't seem to be as fast and my boost is lower than I would like to see at redline its down to like 9or10
