Will these flywheel and clutch combos work on a 2009 Z4 35i with the N54?
I think I'm starting to feel my clutch slip in cold mornings when doing 3rd or 4th gear roll-on's

Any chance you have a South African dealer who can get one of these combos to me?

DMFW? We won't be making a DMFW. Or did you mean Twin Disc Clutch?

Is your flywheel DMFW or SMFW? Sorry i can't tell. Just started looking into upgrading since my stock clutch can't handle my car on e85 flash. Thank you

Oh okay cool. My question is, it says your flywheel is OEM compatible. That means the stock clutch on the 335i/335is/550i can all be used on a SMFW even though originally our cars come a DMFW? I have heard our cars will create some chatter like during idle. Is that only true when you have an aftermarket clutch such as a Spec Stage 2, or will upgrading to the 335IS OEM clutch also create "chatter" with any single mass fly wheel upgrade. Lastly, are your flywheels SAC or NON SAC? Sorry if these are basic questions. Just started looking into clutches the last few days after my clutch started slipping due to the e85 flash. Thank you for your time.

Yes, our Flywheel is designed to be used with an oem/oem-compatible clutch, which are self-adjusting.

The "gear chatter" will happen with any SMFW, regardless of which clutch is used, as you are effectively removing the vibration/sound dampening from your transmission. It is not too bad with AC off, but is noticeably louder with AC on. This can be minimised by increasing the engine idle slightly.

If you're ready to order, PM me for current promotions

I see torque ratings for the spec clutches but what about the 335is clutch.

I believe they are around 450lbs, but don't quote me on that (I need to look it up). They are definitely an upgrade over the regular 335i clutch though.

Dear MFactory,
I have Hexon RR500, the clutch gave up so I am considering options. I might be making around 500whp and 700Nm.. My stock flywheel has 40.000km...
I have a new clutch reserved in the shop. It is a LUK clutch, replacement for 550i clutch. Now I am reading about your SMFW... This clutch might not be the best option but I can get it really cheap, around 240USD.

What would be the price and shipping of the SMFW to the Czech Republic?
If I rise idle on MHD application, will it be OK? What rpm should it be raised to?

Thank you,
Michal

Edit: sorry, I thought I was writing a PM :-)
