12.11.2017 map 6 19 psi.csv

12.11.2017 map 6.csv

just installed new stage 1 rb ones full bolt on car did 449whp 455 ft lb
i notice at 6000 the high pressure pump dips below 10.
lpfp is fine
Major issue im having though is in the 3000rpm to 4500rpm where cars seems a bit slow to come boost is below target there . do i need to adjust my menu 10 or 12 for wastegates ??

That would be about right...HPFP is maxed out.

Log looks normal otherwise.

Thanks for the reply Steve but what about the boost being below target n the overboost. If I set the boost target at 20 psi n boost safety at 21 psi. It will hit the overboost safety so I set it to 19 psi target.
On my dyno graph between 3000 to 4500 the graph dips there then picks up I figure if I can get the boost to hit the target at 3000 rpm the power curve would be better. I'm trying to post the dyno sheet but can't

This was one of the DIY RB Ones kits correct? Did you supply/install new wastegates? Could be some variables there as compared to our complete RB Ones as we use our own internal wastegates and we may have also used different adjustments. These things should certainly hit boost quick and stay planted if all is well there.

Overall looks like great results for 20psi and looks like the boost is holding well towards redline. Definitely would be cool to see the dynograph as well if you can get it loaded.

Thanks for sharing!

Rob

Overboost is minor but a little DB tuning will resolve that. Are you running the hybrid flash? Looks like the pump flash?

You will obviously have to address your fueling issues as well.

Yes they were diy. I did supply new wastegate kit no more rattle I also installed new genuine solenoids also. I think it needs some adjustment via jb4. Menu 10 and menu 12
But I'll tell u these turbos are amazing. I don't feel any lag on the road vs before and the power feels stronger across the entire band. I have a 600whp E36 m3 but this feels amazing at only 450whp

No I'm on a pump jb4 mhd flash.
I will try a lower concentration of e85 maybe e40 or what do you recommend ??
Should I be running a hybrid flash with these stage 1 ?? I believe terry said we should just run regular pump n race flashes

I'd lower E content to help your HPFP, it's really struggling up top.
