I thought fuel bias is set to 50 for hybrids even without PI.

Without a PI controller installed the settings for Fuel Enrichment don't matter.

Then log whatever boost level or map you want to log. Normally map7 is a good starting point on E85.
this is what i was looking for just a bit of reading

Hey Terry,
Picking up my car today, new rod bearing, pure stage 1 turbos, relocation inlets, and outlets, new valve cover. I have the PUMP BEF and a JB4 and FBO. I will only be running pump gas for now.
Would these be good settings for Map 6?
RPM/BOOST/DUTY
1500/14.1/50
2000/15.0/50
2500/16.0/50
3000/17.0/50
3500/19.0/50
4000/19.0/52
4500/19.0/54
5000/19.0/56
5500/19.0/58
6000/19.0/60
6500/19.0/62
7000/18.0/64

Much appreciated, obviously ill need to log and evaluate but I just wanted a good starting point

I am very new to N54 tuning. So here's my situation. I recently had my turbos upgraded to the TurboLab upgraded hybrid turbos. They are slightly bigger than stock. I know I will need a backend flash to run them at full potential. TurboLabs told me these turbos are good for up to 550hp. What flash do I need to run for these specific turbos and what settings would be best within the JB4.

My mods are:
JB4 G5 ISO
BMS DCI
BMS Charge Pipe with HKS BOV
******* **'s
Full Magnaflow Exhaust
TurboLab Upgraded Hybrid Turbos

Depends what fuel you are using. But you'll probably need a low pressure fuel pump upgrade also

I wouldn't set boost that high until you evaluate a log since you are only using pump gas and DB's will be set to 50 also until you log to see where you need to raise or lower.

You'll just run the pump BEF and I would hold off on the LPFP and see where it's at after you log.

Well before the new turbos and inlets I was hitting 17s mid range all the time. Maybe I'll start with 17 to red line than slowly raise

Yeah but were you logging before to evaluate to make sure everything was within safe parameters?

yes, my logs were pretty much perfect except for tired turbos, and my LPFP was on its way out but that is fixed now. I am letting the rod bearing settle in though for the first 800 miles. Not really pushing it over 3.5
