I've been going through this thing on and off for the last few days and I think I just make a break through. The way the DV is connected is allowing it to crack open. It needs boost pressure to hold it shut and then vacuum to pull it open when letting off the gas. But right now it's connected to a vacuum only source triggered off a solenoid. I'll come up with a way to correct this and redyno. I'm cautiously optimistic this will allow more boost and better results.

Wow, nice job figuring that out! Interested to see what happens when she's up on the dyno. Even if it makes more boost; based on the design of the unit itself, is it possible to make a lot more power with ONLY boost?

Thanks for looking into this still.

Too bad Tony doesn't understand that if your goal was truly to trash his product, you wouldn't even mention something like this.

Feels much better down low now. I'm really optimistic again for this thing. Will try to get back to the dyno tomorrow with it.

so it look like it peaks at 20 with that spring, are you putting the 25lb one in too? and test that too? i hope we get close to 500 like maybe 480 on 20lbs e85 mixtures. I got one of the preorders and would love to come out and have you tweak it once you get it up and going

The boost holds so much better and spools so linear and fast. Just up the boost and I can see this making lots of hp with e85 if fueling isn't limited by then.

Is the n55 fuel pump like the n54?

Great job Terry, you fixed this hardware issue.
can't wait to see dyno results, even if I'm a N54 guy, the n55 is the future.
