If you need further assistance we can be reached at info@fuel-it.com

*All WHP (wheel horse power) ratings are approximate on 100% E85 and can vary based on ethanol percentage. They also assume that you have the other necessary upgrades to support your power levels and fuel mixes. They are only to be used as a reference when choosing the correct LPFP for your application. If you have any questions about your application, please contact us.

**As a reminder, Walbro does not warranty the Stage 1 GSL392 pumps for E85 use...so while there haven't been many failures, it is a possibility and your only option will be to purchase a replacement pump. For those that are running high percentages of ethanol and this is a concern for you, you may want to consider the Stage 2 LPFP upgrade that is E85 certified.

Very Nice!

Have not yet decided to go full e85 on a 107K mile car or wait for a newer N54.

I'd take one. Stupid question, but I assume any pre-fabricated wire harnesses will be made with fuel resistant wiring...? Quantity section doesn't state explicity.

Great idea. Much easier to pay a few bucks for something complete and using the right components than studying what is best and rummaging through the internet and driving around town for it. I'd recommend using all the best of the best items and passing the cost along, and I'd take one as well.

I'd be interested in one of the kits as well. Looking forward to the results and photos of the test installation.

As with the wires and testers...that'll be no problem. I'm getting quite good at it. It'll just be an additional $5

Thanks, that's my plan.

Yes...sorry for any confusion, I was kind of tired when I typed that up.

The kit will include the fuel safe wires. There will be no need to order them separately when ordering the kit. I only offered them separately as an option for those that are interested or can't get them elsewhere.

So based on the replies so far...there appears to be plenty of interest. I am going to do an initial run of 20 units to see how the suppliers do and see how everything goes. Most of these obviously aren't mainstream items and the list of suppliers is fairly limited.

Thanks

I know a few people have said they were working on this....Rob may be able to comment further.

I have no plans of working on such a solution as I don't feel it'll be cost effective or warranted for the majority of users. However there are a couple benefits that could definitely be argued. E85 rated, and a cleaner install.

Unless you start getting creative on the HPFP side of the equation...it's not going to get you anything as far as the additional flow capacity goes.

On the HPFP end, I have two possible solutions for that...one is on hold...and one I am currently testing but have posted all my results and virtually every detail of it in another thread.

Good idea Steve! If anyone needs installation I can do it! Socal Area, I've already installed two inline pumps for users on this site, they can vouch for me. Safertransport and SFV335.
