Default 320I B48 trims issue and some codes - 07-15-2018, 08:17 PM

Thanks for your time.
As the attachments show, when WOT the trims stay at 25 that makes AFR lean out badly, and another looks like the trims doesn't work a second.
And the car throw out some codes once recently when start up
121002 MAP sensor, short to the ground
108005 No description found
120408 reduced power mode

When you clear the codes it still comes up?

Log looks okay to me, nothing out of the ordinary.

Codes gone, and, what i care about are these CSV, what happened to the trims
