over boost problems since day 1 -

bought a 335 2008 sept about 7 months ago i purchased the stage 3 jb had a bmw tech install at bmw under the table and I have had nothing but problems with the engine light coming on. the fuel pump has been replaced 2 times. they say this is a problem with these cars factory knows i have been told. the other problem is over boost. at present i can not even breath on the gas or engine light any suggestion. i lost to a mercury mountainer last night for fricken sacks. I am at the point that I am ready to take it out and just get back to normal. HELP Aaron

Sounds to me like it is hooked up wrong.
Was it a PnP or Pinout version? 2009 335i E90

Need to read codes with a BT table and troubleshoot. If the car was running fine for 7 months and suddenly acting up, identify what changed. Also be sure to update the JB3 to the latest 2.0 software if you haven't already.
