Default suspension and brake M3 or "BMW Performance" on 335i - 01-14-2010, 03:33 AM

Hello,

I have a question about the suspension and running gear of the 335i

I have a E92 pack/ / / M since September 2007, and I am under contract "serenium" guarantee until September 2011.

I run on track, and I would like to improve the suspension bearing products bmw.

THERE has someone tried to mount M3 E92 suspensions or suspensions "bmw perfomance" no concession available for 335i in France ditto for brakes

thank you in advance for your answers, if you have pictures of the assembly I am taker

I looked at several posts in the forum, but I have not had confirmation yet

PS : sorry for my english

I know of someone who has done M3 bits, but because of the longer arms the camber is increased greatly, and even when using the factory adjustments, the lowest camber in the front is about 1.8 degrees..it will increase tire wear considerably.

Matt I know you know a thing or 2, but I've ran upwards of 2.5 degrees in my cars in the past with no abnormal tire wear so as long as the toe is set to 0 degrees.

short term its not a big deal, if you run 2.5 degrees over a considerable length of time (20-30k miles) you will wear the inside of the tire first. How do I know? Because I had it set that way on my own 335. at 25k miles the inner sidewalls were bald...and yes my toe was set to less than 1/8" toe-in in the front.

I guess BMW's are different then Acura

50K -2 Degrees Camber in Front, 0 toe, 245 Wide Tires, 50K. Went through 2 sets of tires but always wore even. Kuhmo MX.

I guess I got lucky

Then again if we are talking about upgrading suspension pieces, getting 25-30k out of tires shouldn't be your goal in the first place lol.
exactly...plan to sacrifice tire life for cornering ability
