Just as a quick reminder this includes threads like "help I just got a limp code", "help I am only making 11psi now and I used to make 15psi", etc. These types of problems are almost entirely unique each time and public technical support simply confuses everyone. It also makes it harder for us to help you resolve your problem.

With our email support we log/lookup your information and mods and can quickly reference whether or not someone else has had a similar issue in the past, what the resolution was, whether or not its related to a modification, etc. We have seen it all and can quickly help you sort through it.

So if you have a code or issue that you think may be related to a BMS please contact us directly so we can help you resolve it. If you have a code or issue that is related to the PROcede system or some other product please contact that manufacturer directly. In the future we will be deleting technical support request posts.
