When PI was acting up, was IAT and oil temp also moving around? I'll check the firmware to see if anything changed that might be contributing to that sampling error.

Let's get those JB4 logs pouring in to the thread so we can better evaluate what boost levels work best with what spark plug gaps. But based on what I've seen I think 0.018" is probably a good gap...

That's the problem. OBDII work can clash with any JB4 firmware, just luck of the draw.

I've not seen any other instances of N54 log IAT or oil temps out of whack. Link?

They both do the same thing at the moment....

They both do the same thing at the moment. Except, map4 keeps the other CAN functions active when not logging too.

On the logging was something else in the OBDII port or on the CANbus?

Also are you using the external trigger to run anything on the WMI page? If not disable it as it might be causing some...

Looking again log seems OK for map1. Stock boost is 5-6psi tuned boost around 8-9psi. Around 3psi over stock being requested here.

Expect lots of change to come via firmware updates in the following months. Always best to start off slow and go up from there as we gain confidence in the platform reliability longer term. :drinking:
